Qualifications

  • Experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry is essential.
  • Ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Energy and a warm personality for delivering excellent customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Booking MOTs, services, and other repair work for customers.
  • Advising customers about warranty cover and upselling additional parts.
  • Liaising with the Aftersales department to organize appointments.
  • Managing high volumes of daily calls and online queries.
  • Informing customers of turnaround times throughout the service process.
  • Maintaining accurate customer records and updating systems.
