• Technical background in the electrical/electronic industry is essential.
• Good all-round knowledge of Fire and Security Systems required.
• Experience of front-line customer contact preferred.
• Excellent organisational skills are necessary.
• Professional and presentable demeanor is a must.
• Ability to deliver exceptional customer service is crucial.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Fire & Security Systems in your assigned area.
• Respond to service calls on various Fire and Security systems.
• Plan and respond to routine and reactive call visits.
• Maintain effective communication with customers.
• Manage stock levels with support from the Stores team.
• Attend training sessions and team meetings as needed.
