- Ensuring electronic residents’ personalised interactions are inputted on the system.
- Serving food and drinks to residents and promoting social dining experiences.
- Developing relationships with relatives to understand their needs.

We are looking for a Care Assistant to join our team on Days at Eastridge Manor in Bolney, Nr Haywards Heath.
*We are unable to provide Tier 2 sponsorship at this time*
As a Care Assistant you will be:
- Providing high quality personal care, social interaction and stimulation to residents;
- Promoting independence and enablement and providing any support to the residents where necessary;
- Ensuring electronic residents’ personalised interactions are inputted on the system;
- Serving food and drinks to the residents and promoting social dining experiences;
- Developing relationships with relatives to help support you in understanding their needs and developing their personal care.

- £12.30p/h weekdays £12.92 p/h Weekends rising to £12.70 p/h and £13.34 p/h
