  • Providing high quality personal care, social interaction, and stimulation to residents.
  • Promoting independence and enabling residents where necessary.
  • Ensuring electronic residents’ personalised interactions are inputted on the system.
  • Serving food and drinks to residents and promoting social dining experiences.
  • Developing relationships with relatives to understand their needs.

Job Description

We are looking for a Care Assistant to join our team on Days at Eastridge Manor in Bolney, Nr Haywards Heath.

*We are unable to provide Tier 2 sponsorship at this time*

As a Care Assistant you will be:

  • Providing high quality personal care, social interaction and stimulation to residents;
  • Promoting independence and enablement and providing any support to the residents where necessary;
  • Ensuring electronic residents’ personalised interactions are inputted on the system;
  • Serving food and drinks to the residents and promoting social dining experiences;
  • Developing relationships with relatives to help support you in understanding their needs and developing their personal care.
