Role: Medical Receptionist

Location: Ground Floor, High Water House, Malpas Road, Truro, TR1 1QH

Hours: Full-time 37.5 hours per week, working 4 days out of 6, from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM

This role will be based within our Truro cluster, which involves working across multiple sites across the region.

Salary: £24,000 per year

Responsibilities
  • Ensure that all visitors and telephone callers to the practice are greeted professionally
  • Register new patients, scan documents onto our medical system, send letters to patients as necessary & photocopy notes and other information
  • Make appointments for our patients applying your understanding of patient confidentiality & attention to detail
  • Manage reception responsibilities for each clinic
  • Perform all administration tasks effectively
  • Provide excellent customer care to all our patients
