A leading healthcare organization is seeking a Business Support Assistant in Port Glasgow to provide administrative support to the multidisciplinary team. Key responsibilities include managing communications, performing record management, and executing general office tasks. Candidates should possess competence in using various computer packages, along with knowledge of office procedures. A background in secretarial roles and familiarity with medical terminology is a plus. This is a fixed-term position requiring flexibility and teamwork.

An exciting opportunity due to shift in service provision to local community support has arisen within Inverclyde HSCP and we are seeking to appoint a Business Support Assistant, to join the Inverclyde Centre for Independent Living Team based at Gibshill Road, Greenock. The service provides an integrated assessment and response function to prevent avoidable admissions, facilitate timely discharge, provide rehabilitation to intermediate care beds and provide a period of rehabilitation within the community.
