Qualifications

• Proven experience in outbound telesales or business development.
• Track record of meeting sales and conversion targets over the phone.
• Excellent knowledge of English.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers and care homes to secure new business.
• Contact customers to inform them about audiology services and products.
• Answer customer queries and discuss their needs.
• Manage NHS and Private patient sales and conversions.
• Keep records of calls and sales.
• Support and conduct clinics with an Optometrist after training.
