A growing prop-tech company is looking for a Tech Lead for Agent Acquisition and Retention in Peterborough. This role involves leading a small engineering squad, designing and implementing full-stack solutions using TypeScript, React, and C#. The ideal candidate has strong technical leadership skills and a proactive approach to adopting AI tools. The Lettings Hub are a prop-tech company who provide technology driven products and services to manage lettings. We work with a national network of letting agents and provide a range of services to help our clients with the move‑in process. This includes completing the necessary checks on potential tenants before they move into a landlord’s property, as well as a range of additional property insurance products and services to support the letting agent, tenant and the landlord.
You will be the hands‑on technical lead for all initiatives focused on agent acquisition and retention. This includes improving onboarding flows, strengthening retention journeys and enabling scalable growth. You will write production code daily and be responsible for architecture, code quality and delivery across a small squad of two to five engineers.
You will also play a key role in modernising our underlying technology stack, embedding engineering best practice and leading the adoption of AI‑assisted development tools within the squad.
