About the role.

Thanks to our success, we’re looking for a Sales Account Manager to join our ambitious, high-performing team.

In this role, you’ll manage a high number of existing accounts from a mix of industries (think retail, health, beauty, travel & tech etc!).

You’ll be the go-to for clients, ensuring they get maximum value from our solutions while spotting opportunities to grow and strengthen relationships.

Responsibilities include

    • Manage and Grow a High-Volume Account Portfolio:Own a broad portfolio of existing accounts, building efficient and trusted relationships at scale.
    • Drive Commercial Success:Focus on renewals, and proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to support revenue growth across your book of business. Using renewals to make recommendations on actionable optimisations.
    • Proposal & Campaign Support:Develop proposals and campaign recommendations that address client needs and objectives.
    • CRM & Pipeline Management:Keep your pipeline up to date, ensuring accurate forecasting and activity tracking within our CRM system.
    • Internal Stakeholder Coordination:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution and alignment on accounts
