You must already hold valid right-to-work status for the UK.**The Hiring Process*** Initial telephone screening call* Successful candidates will be invited to our assessment day, which includes an overview of the role and Nexperia, practical exercises, and a short interview. The assessment day will be held on Thursday 19th March, with a short follow up appointment for successful candidates with our Occupational Health team on Monday 23rd March**What Our Production Assistants Do**You will be part of a large team that plays a vital role in the manufacturing of semiconductor devices within a high-volume, high-tech wafer fabrication area. You will follow written instructions to operate sophisticated equipment in a cleanroom environment to produce our finished silicon microchips.
