A leading international education provider is seeking a Wellbeing & Engagement Officer to support student welfare and engagement. The role requires excellent people and administrative skills, experience in higher education, and a relevant degree. Responsibilities include providing 1:1 support, ensuring student safety, and developing wellbeing workshops. This is a full-time position located in Stratford-upon-Avon, with a salary of up to £28,000 per annum.

The Wellbeing & Engagement Officer’s role is to support students face‑to‑face and online. The post holder will be responsible for the delivery of services and processes consistently providing an excellent student experience: this will require excellent people skills and a good level of administrative ability. The post holder will provide first level support and referral to specialist services as required and establish a programme of activities to help students develop skills and confidence outside the classroom.
