A Motherwell based company who are a supplier of all products required for offices, including office supplies, workwear, furniture and print are looking to add an Administration Assistant to their team.
The role is Monday to Friday 9qm – 5pm with one hour for lunch. Hourly rate for the role is £12.60.
Key Duties and Responsibilities :
The role involves working within their established team processing client orders and dealing with client queries, answering phone calls and working with suppliers to fulfil orders.
Good communication skills and the ability to work within a team.
Experience within an office environment. Previous use of back office systems.
