At Marshall Mercedes-Benz Truck and Van Fareham, we’re looking for a meticulous and service-oriented Service Administrator to support our aftersales operation. In this vital role, you’ll combine customer-facing service with strong administration skills to help ensure our workshop runs smoothly and efficiently every day.

In this role:
  • You’ll ensure all service department admin tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
  • You’ll contribute to marketing activity for products and services and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • You’ll stay on top of your workload through careful planning and time management, always maintaining a positive and professional approach.
  • Someone with previous experience in an administration role; dealership experience is desirable but not essential.
  • Someone with good Microsoft Office skills and attention to detail.
  • Someone who is well‑organised, calm under pressure, and focused on delivering excellent service both internally and externally.
  • Most importantly, someone who’s positive, eager to learn, and ready to make a real impact as part of our team.
