The role will provide essential administrative support to the HR Team and help foster a positive and engaging employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle. You’ll be a key point of contact for candidates and colleagues, so strong communications skills, and professionalism are vital.
Hours: 25-30 hours per week. Working pattern to be discussed at interview stage.
Duration: 12-month fixed‑term contract, with opportunity to go permanent based on organisational requirements. Our normal office hours are: Monday to Friday 08:45 – 17:15 (with an early finish on Fridays at 16:15)
Salary: £20,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience and contracted hours.
Work location: Head Office – SN13 0NY. This is an office‑based role.
