Core Duties

• Assist a varied caseload of private client matters, including drafting wills, estate planning, trust creation and administration, probate and estate administration, powers of attorney, and tax planning.
• Provide clear and tailored advice to clients, ensuring a high level of client care and satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery across the firm.
• Keep up to date with changes in legislation and best practices in private client law.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory and professional standards.

Ideal Candidates Must Have

• Previous experience as a private client paralegal.
• A Law degree / LPC / SQE / CILEX.
