The successful candidate will coordinate import and export shipments, ensure compliance with customs regulations, and manage documentation for customs clearance. Operations Coordinator Imports/Exports & Customs – Join our client’s dynamic team in Shepperton, where your knowledge and drive will play a key role in their continued growth.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm / 9:00 am – 5:30 pm.
- Coordinate import and export shipments (air, road, and sea)
- Ensure compliance with UK and international customs regulations
- Manage documentation for customs clearance
- Provide end‑to‑end operational support in a fast‑paced environment
- Experience in freight forwarding or logistics operations
- Knowledge of customs processes and documentation
- Exposure to air, road, or sea freight (experience in all is ideal but not essential)
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Confident communicator with a proactive approach
- Experience with CDS or other customs systems is an advantage
