Purpose of the role
The CMC Commercial Supply Chain Placement Student reports to the Senior Manager, Supply Chain, Distribution and Trade. And is responsible for the Project Development & Implementation of Dashboards in Power BI for CSC performance and FP batches tracing.
Supply Chain end-to-end including Master Cell Bank (MCB), Working Cell bank (WCB), Drug Substance (DS), Drug Product (DP) and Finished Product (FP).
Through learning the process of planning, management of external suppliers, CMO and 3PL providers, manufacturing of FP (packaging and labelling), warehousing, inventory management/ERP, shelf‑life management, global distribution to third‑party specialty and wholesale distributors, shipping & customs, ensuring the timely and methodical project delivery.
Working in partnership with Immunocore colleagues in CMC, Distribution & Trade, Quality Assurance, Commercial & Finance, IT as well as with External Vendors and 3PL providers.
A BA undergraduate student in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or Biological Sciences/Computer Engineering with an interest in Business, data management and/or digital solutions.

Please note this is a full‑time position based at our Abingdon, Oxfordshire office and contracted through a third party.

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to an in‑person Assessment Centre on 23rd, 24th, 25th or 26th February 2026, providing an opportunity to meet current placement students, learn about the role, and socialize with employees. Placements are expected to begin on 7th September 2026.
