Operations Coordinator Imports/Exports & Customs – Join our client’s dynamic team in Shepperton, where your knowledge and drive will play a key role in their continued growth.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm / 9:00 am – 5:30 pm.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate import and export shipments (air, road, and sea)
• Ensure compliance with UK and international customs regulations
• Manage documentation for customs clearance
• Provide end‑to‑end operational support in a fast‑paced environment

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in freight forwarding or logistics operations
• Knowledge of customs processes and documentation
• Exposure to air, road, or sea freight (experience in all is ideal but not essential)
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
• Confident communicator with a proactive approach
• Experience with CDS or other customs systems is an advantage
