We are looking to recruit a new retail supervisor for our shop in Newton Heath, Greater Manchester. This is a permanent full‑time position working a variety of shifts over five days a week, starting at 7 a.m. Each week you will have a guaranteed minimum of 39 hours, earning at least £511 per week, with potential overtime.
Full‑time staff are expected to be fully flexible, available throughout the week, including weekends.

- Be an important part of the management team and support the manager in leading the shop team to run efficiently and provide great customer service.
- Take full responsibility for running the shop during the manager’s absence, ensuring customers are looked after, deliveries are processed quickly and shop routines maintain a safe, clean and tidy environment.
- Open and close the shop, handle cash, place orders and develop your team of retail assistants.
- Take responsibility for controlling operational costs, including shrinkage, waste and payroll.
- Friendly, positive, hard‑working approach to work.

- Trustworthy, reliable, dependable in a small team setting.
- Experience as a supervisor, team leader or manager in retail or similar industries is an advantage, but we welcome those looking to start a retail management career.
