Retail Supervisor – Full Time

Hours: 39 hours across 5 days per week.

Pay: £13.11 per hour.

We are looking to recruit a new retail supervisor for our shop in Newton Heath, Greater Manchester. This is a permanent full‑time position working a variety of shifts over five days a week, starting at 7 a.m. Each week you will have a guaranteed minimum of 39 hours, earning at least £511 per week, with potential overtime.

Full‑time staff are expected to be fully flexible, available throughout the week, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Be an important part of the management team and support the manager in leading the shop team to run efficiently and provide great customer service.
• Take full responsibility for running the shop during the manager’s absence, ensuring customers are looked after, deliveries are processed quickly and shop routines maintain a safe, clean and tidy environment.
• Open and close the shop, handle cash, place orders and develop your team of retail assistants.
• Take responsibility for controlling operational costs, including shrinkage, waste and payroll.
