Operations Team, responsible for ensuring the quality of our Data Collection operation and servicing our key data partners.Reporting directly to the Data Collection Manager, the successful candidate will be an important part of a Collections Operation based out of our offices in Leeds, UK.This is a uniqueopportunity to contribute and shape something from the ground up at TennisViz and be part of the growth story of our rapidly expanding business.

Responsibilities

The role will have several accountabilities to the Data Collection Manager and the Team Leader. In particular, the successful candidate will:

• Help recruit, train, and then oversee part-time, casual staff.
• Oversee our collection operations facilities to ensure data is collected according to customer expectations / contractual commitments.
• Plan and schedule the staff rota in line with the upcoming tennis schedule.
• Work with the team leader, data collection manager, operations director and customer
  support Team to address any queries relating to data.
• Work with Engineering to manage the collections management system infrastructure,
  ensuring collected data is made available in a timely manner and in the expected format for
  client use.
• Coordinate with the Finance department in order to manage staff payments & benefits.

Requirements

• Have a keen interest in tennis.
• Be highly organised with keen attention to detail and accuracy
• Enjoys working in a highly pressurised environment
• Some Line management experience (or a desire to manage), including managing parallel workloads and diverse projects, setting objectives and targets and managing the performance of a team
