In this role you will be part of European Professional Services, designing and delivering solutions and services that are driven by industry best practices and that positively impact customer business objectives and partnerships.

• Project Delivery: Proactively guide and/or coaches on PS deliverables in large, complex projects or programmes
• Customer Relationship Management: Partners with Account Managers to assist intricate customer relationships, developing relationships, helping customers define needs
• Consulting Agility: Effectively guides customers through project delivery, ambiguous and evolving customer needs
• Driving Continuous Improvement: Works with delivery and commercial teams to drive improvements in the scoping and completion of projects/deliverables
• Analyses and/or interprets outputs of complex quantitative datasets and qualitative information across multiple projects for a customer "

• Bsc or Masters degree in psychology in relevant discipline
• Strong knowledge of SHL’s solutions offering and has successfully led on large or complex projects across TA and TM solutions (configuration, design, delivery)
• Expertise in AC/ DC design and implementation
• Competency framework design and implementation and statistical analysis and interpretation
• Experience in presenting and interacting with internal and external senior stakeholders

• A track record of establishing and maintaining formal or informal coaching relationships with other consultants
• Evidence of supporting pre-sales (though upselling and cross-selling).
• Experience in presenting and interacting with internal and external senior stakeholders
