Licensee Sales Outbound Specialist - Beaconsfield, Buckinghamshire

Temporary, Full time

Monday-Friday: 9am-5:30pm

Salary: £32,000-£35,000 OTE per annum (included monthly sales bonus)

Operating out of Beaconsfield in Buckinghamshire, Vehicle Rental Services (VRS) is a specialist supplier of vehicles and services to a rapidly expanding national network of daily rental operators.

As part of Lookers Motor Group Limited—one of the UK’s largest motor retail groups representing multiple leading manufacturers—VRS benefits from strong industry expertise, scale, and reputation. This role sits within a dynamic and ambitious sales team, where building long‑lasting customer relationships is central to ensuring repeat business and exceptional customer satisfaction.

This position offers an exciting opportunity to join a fast‑paced sales environment, providing high‑quality support across both channels, with a particular focus on the Rent & Return sales process.

We are seeking an enterprising, confident, and tenacious individual with outstanding communication skills and a passion for delivering successful customer outcomes. Experience within the automotive sector and a proven track record in a target‑driven sales environment are highly desirable.

Reporting directly to the RR & OP Sales Manager and the Head of Sales & Marketing, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving sales performance and strengthening relationships across our established customer network. You will engage with a wide range of stakeholders, representing VRS with professionalism and credibility.

Job Responsibilities:

  • First call pick‑up for inbound sales enquiries
  • Planned and proactive prospecting calls to Licensees to discuss new orders and defleet replacements
  • Developing a detailed and enthusiastic understanding of the features and benefits of the vehicles on offer to the Licensee network
  • Processing orders for the field‑based Sales Team
  • Completion of associated sales administration duties
