Qualifications

  • Exceptional communication skills and well-presented.
  • Full UK driving licence required.

Job description

Bowker Motor Group are recruiting a BMW New Car Sales Manager to join their management team at the BMW Centre on Preston Docklands.

The Role

As a BMW Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving business growth, overseeing the New BMW Retail and Corporate Sales Team including the sales of new vehicles and associated products while delivering exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Translate business strategy into effective operational plans for new car sales.
  • Develop and agree sales plans and budgets for vehicles, accessories, overheads, and related items to achieve marketing, sales, and financial targets.
  • Deliver results that meet or exceed agreed budgets and objectives.
  • Implement efficient policies and procedures to maximise sales opportunities.
  • Inspire, lead, and effectively manage all team members to achieve peak performance and exceed sales and profit targets.
  • Ensure the highest standards of customer service are consistently delivered across all areas of responsibility.
  • Collaborate with other key departments within the dealership to share best practices and maintain an outstanding customer experience.
  • Ensure full compliance with FCA guidelines in the sale of financial services products by all relevant staff.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to promote long-term brand loyalty.
  • Manage the relationship with and represent the brand of BMW on your department’s behalf at all times

Hours of work are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6.00pm.

Skills & Experience

Applicants must have proven experience within automotive sales (ideally within the sports or prestige sector), be well presented, and possess exceptional communication skills, together with:
