As a Sales Advisor for Frasers, working in partnership with Ralph Lauren, you will be the face of a globally recognised luxury brand, delivering elevated, personalised service that reflects both Frasers’ customer-first approach and Ralph Lauren’s premium brand standards. With a genuine passion for fashion, lifestyle, and luxury retail, you will create memorable shopping experiences that build long-term customer loyalty while supporting the smooth operation of the store.
- Greet and engage customers confidently and professionally, delivering a warm and welcoming first impression aligned to Ralph Lauren brand values
- Provide expert product knowledge, styling advice, and tailored recommendations to enhance the customer journey
- Deliver first-contact solutions, including supporting customers with services such as click-and-collect, product queries, and in-store processes
- Maintain exceptional visual and merchandising standards in line with Ralph Lauren guidelines
- Support store operations when required, including stock handling, replenishment, and loss prevention processes
- Represent both Frasers Group and Ralph Lauren with professionalism, ensuring brand standards are upheld at all times
