Job summary

A leading dental group in Borrowash is seeking a passionate Treatment Coordinator to join their team. In this role, you will manage patient treatment plans, educate patients, and collaborate with the dental team while ensuring exceptional patient care. Candidates with a dental nursing background or sales experience are welcome to apply. Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a Treatment Coordinator or Patient Care Advisor is preferred.
  • Dental Nursing background is desirable but not essential.
  • Ability to deliver exceptional patient care and service.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate patient treatment plans, explaining procedures and answering questions.
  • Schedule appointments and manage patient records using dental software.
  • Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment.
  • Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including billing and insurance processing.
  • Maintain a clean and organized treatment area.
  • Collaborate with the dental team to ensure efficient patient flow.
  • Stay updated on the latest dental techniques and technologies.
