The Opportunity – Assistant Marketing Manager - Ego
  • Support in the production of the Ego digital comms plan to ensure key messages are communicated on digital platforms at the right times.
  • Plan, build, and schedule broadcast email campaigns using Airship ensuring accurate delivery and audience selection.
  • Work with the digital data team to ensure discount codes are briefed, tested and issued as needed.
  • Manage and optimise always‑on triggered email communications to enhance customer engagement.
  • Working with the central team, ensure the website content is kept up to date and optimised to drive web bookings, reward programme sign‑ups and gift card sales.
  • Working with the Digital & Trading marketing manager, support in the launch of an Ego Club My Account on web and app launch.
  • Support the ongoing execution and performance of the reward program across email and web and app platforms.
  • Create, curate, and publish engaging social media content across all brand channels for use in organic, paid and local social.
  • Support the Ego local social district champion programme to promote consistent high‑quality content at local level on agreed social platforms.
  • Monitor and report on digital campaign and channel performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution of digital marketing initiatives.
  • Stay informed on digital marketing trends.
What we’d like to see from you:
  • Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills.
  • Clear communication skills with both internal/ external stakeholders.
  • Focus on delivery and implementation, on time, to plan and on budget.
  • Ability to add creative input to the strategic planning cycle in line with consumer and market insights with an understanding of digital guest journeys.
  • Minimum of 18 months of demonstrable, relevant marketing experience.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage and optimise website content to drive conversions and maintain brand consistency.
  • Skilled in creating, curating and publishing engaging content for organic, paid and local social channels, with an understanding of platform best practices.
