We are seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Manager to lead our dedicated team and ensure that Arundel continues to deliver high-quality, compliant care in line with CQC Regulations, Health & Social Care Act 2008, and Devon County Council contractual standards.

- Managing rotas, budgets, and staffing levels effectively
- Liaising with professionals, families, and local authorities to ensure person-centred outcomes
- Driving ongoing improvement, safeguarding, and quality assurance initiatives
- Minimum Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (Adults – Residential Management) or equivalent (or working towards)
- Previous experience in a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager role within adult mental-health or residential care
- Strong knowledge of CQC KLOEs, safeguarding, and person-centred approaches
