Are you looking for a role where attention to detail and a calm demeanour are valued? Do you thrive in environments where organisation and efficiency are key? We\u2019re seeking a reliable individual to join our team as Exam Invigilator, ensuring the smooth running of examinations and upholding the integrity of the assessment process.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare Examination Rooms: laid out equipment, stationery, and examination papers according to procedures to ensure a seamless testing experience.
  • Assist Students: guide students to seats promptly and courteously, familiarising them with examination protocols and procedures.
  • Oversee Examination Behaviour: monitor examinations to ensure adherence to protocols and appropriate conduct.
  • Handle Queries and Irregularities: address questions or concerns during the examination; manage irregularities in line with school policies.
  • Maintain Attendance Records: keep accurate records of student attendance during examinations.
  • Collect and Collate Examination Papers: collect and organise papers, maintaining confidentiality and security.
  • Supervise Student Movement: supervise students who need to leave the room temporarily without disruption.
Requirements / Qualifications

In line with safeguarding and the welfare of students, the appointment will be subject to an enhanced criminal record check and satisfactory references.
