As a Solicitor Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with the Simplify law firm panel to ensure an efficient conveyancing process with appropriate commercial returns within agreed parameters. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing collaboration and ensuring client satisfaction.

Although we are prepared to train the right person from scratch, you will need to evidence some prior knowledge, interest or experience of the property sector and desire to pursue a career in this field. Our people are passionate about their work and it is important to us that you are too!
Personality is key!You will need to be outgoing, enthusiastic, and be able to demonstrate an ability to build and nurture productive working relationships both internally and externally.
You will thrive under pressure and be flexible and adaptable to challengeswhilst maintaining excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Solid administrative skills, IT proficiency,and a customer focus are also important.
Finally, you will need to be commutable to Leicester as much of your training will be conducted on-site, although once up and running you will be able to work to a hybrid model if preferred.
