The role involves managing subcontractor payment processes, ensuring compliance with CIS regulations, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in accounts payable and familiarity with construction industry practices. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year in an Accounts Payable role within a high-volume environment.
  • Hands-on experience and strong understanding of CIS compliance.
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the Subcontractor Payments Team.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulations.
  • Assist with month-end activities including accruals and reconciliations.
