As our next CRM Specialist within our Trade team, you’ll help build the journeys that turn free trades into loyal members. You’ll work directly in Braze to build, QA, and launch campaigns across email, SMS, push, and in‑app, helping our messages land at the right time, in the right way, and without errors.
This is a hands‑on delivery role with room to grow. You’ll join a collaborative team that’s turning CRM into a revenue‑driving engine, and you’ll gain experience in automation, journey design, and performance measurement along the way.
