As an Offshore Wind Asset Manager, you’ll play a key role in optimising the performance of the Neart na Gaoithe (NnG) Offshore Windfarm, ensuring it delivers strong financial returns and meets investor expectations.
You’ll work closely with our #Eyemouth and #Durham based Offshore Asset Operations team. Your focus will be on managing commercial agreements, coordinating investor reporting and driving continuous improvement across the asset.
This role sits within our Asset Operations directorate and reports to the Offshore Portfolio Manager. You’ll be responsible for overseeing strategic commercial, technical and financial matters, supporting the delivery of our ambition to grow our offshore wind portfolio to 3.5GW by 2035.
You must have experience working as an Asset Manager within Offshore to be successful in this role.
In this role, you’ll manage compliance with commercial agreements and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
You will manage asset performance, risks, identify optimisation opportunities, prepare forecasts, manage budgets and publish reports.
You’ll support investor reporting and satisfaction surveys, manage stakeholders, engage in audits, produce board meeting materials, and manage valuation models to ensure timely delivery of returns to investors.
You’ll also contribute to asset acquisitions and origination activities, monitor data and IT systems for asset management, oversee compliance with insurance and power purchase agreements, and facilitate collaboration across internal and external teams.

Location: This role is flexible in location but there will be required travel to our Eyemouth office with occasional travel to other offices and sites.
