A leading water management company is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor for their Wanlip site, offering hybrid working options. The role involves managing projects, liaising with various teams to control costs, and ensuring contractual compliance. Candidates should have a background in the water sector, hold a relevant degree, and ideally be chartered. Experience in utilities and civil engineering is essential, along with a proactive approach to team development and professional growth.
Qualifications
- Previously worked within a Water Sector.
- Working towards or have chartered membership of a recognised institution.
- Experience in utilities/civil engineering/MEICA sectors.
Responsibilities
- Manage projects and work packages effectively.
- Liaise with design, construction, and supply chain teams.
- Manage the contract ensuring all notices and correspondence are properly handled.
- Prepare project cost & value reports.
