We're looking for a dynamic Proposal Manager to lead significant bids as part of an established team. This is a newly created role at an exciting period in our global growth.
As an experienced bid professional, you will have a solid understanding of both public tendering and bidding best practice. The team support the European, Middle East and African (EMEA) region, leading on large scale or high value bids. No two days are the same, but you can expect to undertake the following as part of your role:

We are looking for an experienced bid professional, either in an existing bid/proposal management role or a proven coordinator looking for their next step up.
You will have proven experience, ideally gained in a consulting or people-based business and able to evidence relevant examples.
A natural troubleshooter, you will thrive in the fast-paced world of bids and fit well in a friendly and supportive team environment. APMP certification along with Adobe InDesign knowledge, would also be an advantage.
