A local council in Northern Ireland is seeking a Head of Parks, Estates and Property to provide strategic leadership and operational oversight within the Parks, Estates and Property functions. Support the Director in leading the strategic direction and management of the Council’s Economic Development and Regeneration function, including leading and overseeing economic regeneration programmes and Growth Deal Project delivery aligned with the MSW Regional Economic Strategy.
The postholder will also be responsible for the management and delivery of a range of programmes, rural and urban regeneration and grants management and administration and will be required to establish a culture of collaboration, partnership, innovation and improvement, underpinned by evidence-based reporting, in strategy development, service delivery and performance.
