As Technical Director, you will oversee CMC and pharmaceutical development across ViiV’s diverse pipeline - from early discovery to commercial products, including New Product Introductions (NPIs) and externally acquired assets. You’ll play a key role in shaping technology development to support ViiV’s strategic vision, such as long-acting small molecule and biologics-based products and delivery technologies. Your work will ensure seamless alignment between discovery, clinical, medical, manufacturing, and commercial functions. You’ll provide scientific and technical oversight for development services delivered by GSK R&D and Supply Chain, and directly manage relationships with Contract Research and Manufacturing Organizations (CROs/CMOs) and generic pharma partners.
