A leading construction firm is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead cost assessments and budget control for site developments. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a related role, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage team dynamics effectively. You will be responsible for procurement processes and feasibility studies, ensuring profitability throughout the development lifecycle. The Commercial team deals with everything to do with cost‑effective building, including quantity surveying, estimating, procurement and material buying. With a focus on choice of material, cost, customer satisfaction and sales, the team’s one objective is to deliver best quality homes at the best possible cost. Their work is fundamental to our continued viability as a business and presents a fast‑moving challenge that will exercise your creativity and commercial flair to the full.
