In this role, you will coordinate with external designers and collaborate with construction teams to ensure designs are integrated, buildable, and maintainable. Qualifications include experience in a similar position, strong computer skills, and a degree or equivalent qualification. - Previous experience gained in a similar role.
- Computerliterate with strong skills in Microsoft Excel and other design-basedsoftware such as AutoCAD and TEDDS.
- Workingknowledge of Regulations.
- Construction/Design Experience.
- Ideally qualified to degree or HND/HNC standard.

- Assist the Design Manager to deliver high quality designs to budget and programme.
- Monitor, co-ordinate, and manage the design by external designer, as appropriate.
- Build strong working relationships with the design and construction teams and coordinate with themto deliver integrated, buildable and maintainable designs with all deliverables issued on time.
- Review submissions as directed for quality and compliance with design standards.
- Monitor, track and report on design progress against the project programme.
- Update design trackers on an ongoing basis.
- Produce minutes and schedules for Design Meetings.
- Assist the wider engineering team members as required with engineering input.
- Ensure that the CDE is being utilised correctly by stakeholders.
