A public health organization is seeking a Resourcing Officer to manage recruitment campaigns, particularly for contingent labour roles. This is a full-time, home-based position with competitive pay between £30,373 and £36,229, along with a home-working allowance. The successful candidate will drive effective recruitment strategies, support hiring managers, and ensure compliance with recruitment processes. Grade D - £30,373 (National) or £36,229 (London – for workers within the M25). Additionally, a home‑working allowance of £600 per annum is paid to workers who work from home. Contracted Hours: Full time, 37 hours per week. /AIDS. Contract Type: 12‑month fixed term or secondment opportunity (starting April 2026). Location: Home‑based, flexible location. The role operates in a fast‑paced and regulated environment and is primarily focused on contingent labour and temporary workforce resourcing. Experience in contingent labour recruitment will support success in this post.
In your application you should outline the types of contingent labour roles you have managed, how you worked with suppliers and hiring managers to deliver effective recruitment outcomes, and the steps you take to ensure compliance within recruitment processes. The successful candidate will be supportedbinationst to develop an understanding of contingent labour models where required.
