A leading event organization in the UK is seeking a dynamic Resourcing Administrator to join their team. This role involves supporting event staffing and logistics, managing workforce queries, and helping create a positive work environment. In this fast-paced and rewarding role, you’ll play a vital part in bringing our events to life by supporting the coordination of our event day teams. From assisting with our workforce management system to ensuring clear and concise communication, you’ll help create a positive, well-organised environment where people feel supported and informed.
Supporting the Senior Resourcing Coordinator, you’ll gain hands‑on experience in event staffing and logistics, build strong relationships, and confidently handle queries — all while contributing to the smooth and successful delivery of our race days and events.

£25,000 - £27,000 per annum
37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
CRC is an event company; you will be required to work some weekends and evenings. Any work beyond the contracted hours will be eligible for time off in lieu.
CRC has a flexible approach to working hours, which should be agreed with your line manager.
