We are proud to be working in partnership with a highly respected aviation operator delivering life-saving Helicopter Emergency Medical Services for over 20 years. Due to continued growth, our client is seeking an experienced B1.3 Licensed Engineer to join their engineering team, supporting critical Air Ambulance operations across Essex.

This is a field-based, mobile engineering position, supporting operations across two operational bases. Reporting to the Line Maintenance Supervisor, you will work with a high level of autonomy while remaining part of a highly skilled and supportive engineering team.
You will be responsible for ensuring aircraft are maintained to the highest standards, ready for immediate deployment in time‑critical missions. This role will suit an engineer who enjoys responsibility, independence, and takes pride in delivering consistently high‑quality maintenance.
Carry out line maintenance and certification in accordance with Part-145 and company procedures
Provide mobile engineering support across North Weald and Earls Colne
Ensure aircraft availability, safety, and compliance at all times
Work collaboratively with operations and engineering teams to support mission readiness
UK CAA / EASA Part-66 B1.3 Licence (essential)
< autobiatisch> AW169 and/or AQ109 type ratings highly desirable (not essential)
Strong self‑discipline and attention to detail
Comfortable working independently in a mobile, field‑based role
Flexible and safety‑focused mindset suited to emergency services operations

23 days annual leave
Company shutdown period (not aligned to Air Ambulance entries)
