• The successful candidate will work 27.5 hours per week.
• This is a 39‑week‑per‑year role, which includes term time and non‑pupil days.

You’ll be responsible for bringing your passion and expertise to the following areas:

• To understand the individual needs of students by being fully aware of their One Plan.
• To liaise with SENCo and classroom teachers, so that classroom support is targeted to impact positively on progress and outcomes.
• To facilitate reading programmes, and other directed interventions, update intervention records and inform the SENCo about students' progress.

• GCSE or equivalent in English and Maths.
• Seizes opportunities and takes the initiative to move things along in a positive way.
• Co‑operates and works well with others in pursuit of team goals, sharing information and supporting others.
