Responsibilities
  • Manage day‑to‑day administrative tasks, including correspondence to buyers and sellers, and sending out memorandums of sale.
  • Prepare and distribute information packs, liaising with the creative teams to produce property particulars, marketing and other documents as required.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external enquiries, both via phone and email.
  • Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Ensure office protocols and procedures are followed, including health and safety.
  • Collaborate with team members to facilitate efficient workflow and communication.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in a similar administrative role, preferably within the property sector.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
  • Knowledge of UK property law is advantageous but not essential.
