Responsibilities

• Lead by example in health & safety, process adherence, and team engagement.
• Manage shift handovers, resource planning, and operational continuity.
• Support HR functions including RTWs, investigations, and absence management.
• Drive performance against KPIs and support site-wide initiatives.
• Act as site lead on Sundays and during management absences.
