Base Salary: £50,000 – £58,000 + OTE

- Manage stock, rotas, budgets, payroll, and P&L with confidence—keeping the business commercially strong.
- Lead by example when it comes to standards, ensuring the bar always looks great and delivers consistent quality.
- You bring energy and creativity—launching new events, improving service, and finding ways to increase sales.
- You work closely with the Brand and Support Centre teams to position your venue as a must‑visit destination and a great place to work.
