This is an exciting opportunity to join our Global HR Systems Team.

The Workday system spans across DMGT’s diverse portfolio, making this a very exciting opportunity. This team will support our Operating Companies which are geographically spread across, the UK, USA and well as multiple other geographies.

We are looking for a HR Systems Analyst to champion Workday. We are looking for someone to support the ongoing development of the system, to fully utilise the full Workday suite of products.

  • Provide functional and technical support, identify and troubleshoot system problems raised by our businesses using JIRA.
  • Recommend and plan future developments to the system when you see the opportunity for operational improvement.
  • Act as a specialized techno‑functional analyst and potentially lead assigned HR system projects and initiatives.
  • You will ensure data integrity including quality, accuracy, security, and usability of employee data.
  • Participate in reviewing, planning, testing and implementing system upgrades or patches

Person Specification

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise workloads, and work in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Ability to research and build ‘market maps’ for a variation of skills and vacancies.
  • Proactive attitude, someone willing to independently manage their workload and be active with researching, sourcing and speaking to lots of candidates.
  • Experience of Greenhouse and Workday would be desirable.
  • A self‑motivated individual who can motivate themselves during remote working
  • 2+ years' experience supporting Workday HCM with a focus on Learning and Performance, Payroll, Time Tracking and HCM Modules
  • Confident with advising on systems excellence
  • Logical thinker with excellent communication skills

Desired technical experience

  • Practical experience configuring business processes
  • A knowledge of Workday’s security model
  • Ability to load EIBs
  • Experience of at least 1 workday release cycle
