A leading facilities management company in Bristol seeks a CCTV Controller to operate security systems and ensure site safety. The ideal candidate should hold an SIA CCTV license, possess strong problem-solving skills, and have effective communication abilities. Responsibilities include daily CCTV operations, incident documentation, and collaboration with the security team. The role offers a shift pattern of 7 on 3 off, providing opportunities for professional development and teamwork.

Shift Pattern: 7 on 3 off, 7 on 4 off, days nights and weekends
As a CCTV Controller, you will be responsible for the proactive operation of the CCTV system and other security systems to ensure the safety and security of the site. Reporting to the Security Manager, you will ensure clear and accurate communication, proper incident escalation, and thorough documentation of all activities.
