A leading insurance company in Greater London is looking for a Direct Trading Initiatives Manager to drive trading performance and growth in premium income. The successful candidate will design and implement customer-focused initiatives, work closely with stakeholders, and use their strong knowledge of the insurance market to enhance profitability. Salary: circa £55,000 (depending on location, skills, and experience)

You’ll join our Retail Direct team to help grow premium income, profitability and customer numbers for Aviva Signature products (Motor/Home/Travel/PA). Your role is all about driving trading performance by designing and launching new initiatives/propositions across our direct channels. You’ll work closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver projects that make a measurable impact. From spotting trends to managing risks, you’ll keep us ahead of the curve and accountable for results.
