Job summary
A leading estate agency in Southampton is looking for an Inventory Clerk to join their dynamic team. The role includes taking high-quality photographs of properties, evaluating cleanliness, arranging check-out appointments with tenants, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Candidates should have strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ideally some experience in inventory management. Qualifications
- Proven experience in inventory management or a related field beneficial.
- UK driving license and access to own vehicle.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to inventory management.

- Evaluate property cleanliness and note areas requiring attention.
- Report any maintenance or repair issues promptly.
- Arrange and conduct check-out appointments with tenants.

Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as an Inventory Clerk in our Southampton office. This role offers an OTE range of £25,5000 - £27,500 pa.
- Take high-quality photographs to supplement written descriptions and provide visual evidence.
- Evaluate property cleanliness and note areas requiring attention according to the tenancy agreement.
- Report any maintenance or repair issues promptly to property owners or management.
- Arrange and conduct check-out appointments with tenants, clearly communicating inspection procedures.
- Provide clarification and respond to tenant concerns regarding the inventory report findings.
- Stay informed about relevant regulations and ensure inventory procedures comply with legal requirements.
- Organise and maintain accurate records of inventory reports, photographs, and correspondence.
- Work effectively with property owners, tenants, and other stakeholders involved in the process.
- Continuously look for opportunities to enhance inventory management procedures and service quality.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines during property inspections.
- Proven experience in inventory management or a related field beneficial
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- UK driving license and access to own vehicle
